Update:

A fix for this issue has been implemented & we are now in the process of correcting all affected "Vodafone Family Plans".

Some Customers are experiencing issues with their "Vodafone Family plans" where customers are receiving
text messages advising them that some of their family members have been removed.

These issues have been escalated to technicians and are currently under investigation.
