Paying Your Vodafone Bill quick link to direct debit forms for bill payment

Hi all,

Paying bills is a necessary evil in life, its the price we pay to access many fantastic products and services. My usual approach is to pay the bill on time, unless of course if its a parking fine, in which case I stuff it into the glove box of my car and pretend it doesn't exist. This approach doesn't really work though, over time the fine increases and I end up paying a lot more... sigh...

There are a range of options for paying your Vodafone bill and we've made it easy by listing them all online, with forms attached.

Whether you've got a mobile, fixed line or broadband account with us, there's a payment method that will best suit your needs, whether that's direct debit, monthly credit card payment or paper invoicing.

Here's the link

cheers

Libby

How much longer will it be before people, such as myself, who have Mobile/Landline/Internet with Vodafone are able to receive "One Bill for everything"?

I know of many people who want this, Telecon offer it, so when will Vodafone?

That whole kettle of fish will take quite some time... not a small body of work I'm afraid.

I'm assuming its an example of when TelstraSaturn purchased Clear - having to put everything into a single billing system ?

Yup. Two separate companies, two separate billing systems, two bills.

Eventually we'll reach the point where the teams all sit together and we can produce one bill for all, but we're not there yet.

sad.gif I'm finding it very hard to pay my bill and wishing I hadn't switched to "on account". Second month and now it's overdue

because

The Pay account function on phone wont work even though it is set up with Credit Card correctly
The Pay from Online Banking wont work as it wont accept my cell number when I try to set it up, no matter what format I use - 021 etc with numbers all together or with spaces between sections. It just wont accept it.

I am very frustrated that I will have to visit Post Office for the second month just to pay my bill.

And more: The website doesn't load properly half the time yet we are moving to online billing:
I have a new computer (6months old) and I am very computer literate.

Grrrrr!!!!

I'd love some sort of service for those of us on Prepay and who use a credit card for topping up, in which you just text something like "TOPUP 25" to a number and it tops up your prepay balance by $25 or however much you want. No need to go through all those menus and prompts.

How about it?

We did have an outage yesterday, but that should be back up and running now...let me know if you still cannot access that.

Hi there,

I am currently overseas in the USA and setup credit card roaming before I left. I was wanting to change the billing address I gave as I shifted a couple of days before I left and completely forgot to do so! Is there a way I can change it online? Or even have it emailed to me and not worry about the paper statement at all? If you could let know that would be great!

Many Thanks
Jennifer

Hi, I just recently signed up for mobile broadband, but am having trouble viewing my account, it keeps going straight to the mobile phone account (prepay) rather then the mobile broadband account.

What do i need to do so that i can view my billing for the 3g Broadband Pro? And see the data usage that is being billed?

Cheers

Sean

Hi Sean - you can check your Data Balance by sending a TXT message - Bal to 777 - this is a free service & you can also logon to MYA from the Vodafone Homepage & check your Data useage there too. smile.gif

Let us know how you get on.

Are you still charging us for accessing vodafone.co.nz when we are trying to pay our bill?
It's rather rude that it comes out of our data allowances or it's charging us DEATH ZONE ($512/GB) when we are trying to pay you money... costing us more money...

I recently paid my bill online via VISA and Vodafone website is still telling me that I still owe the same amount. What's up with this?

EDIT: Now that I think about it, the Vodafone website didn't tell me if the payment was processed, accepted or declined.

It can take a while for the payment to be allocated to your invoice this could be why it shows up like that
If the payment was successful you would have received an SMS to the Mobile you were paying

Thanks
Rochelle
