Paying bills is a necessary evil in life, its the price we pay to access many fantastic products and services. My usual approach is to pay the bill on time, unless of course if its a parking fine, in which case I stuff it into the glove box of my car and pretend it doesn't exist. This approach doesn't really work though, over time the fine increases and I end up paying a lot more... sigh...
There are a range of options for paying your Vodafone bill and we've made it easy by listing them all online, with forms attached.
Whether you've got a mobile, fixed line or broadband account with us, there's a payment method that will best suit your needs, whether that's direct debit, monthly credit card payment or paper invoicing.
Here's the link
cheers

No, wait... that's not right.

I'm assuming its an example of when TelstraSaturn purchased Clear - having to put everything into a single billing system ?

because
The Pay account function on phone wont work even though it is set up with Credit Card correctly
The Pay from Online Banking wont work as it wont accept my cell number when I try to set it up, no matter what format I use - 021 etc with numbers all together or with spaces between sections. It just wont accept it.
I am very frustrated that I will have to visit Post Office for the second month just to pay my bill.
And more: The website doesn't load properly half the time yet we are moving to online billing:
I have a new computer (6months old) and I am very computer literate.
Grrrrr!!!!

I am currently overseas in the USA and setup credit card roaming before I left. I was wanting to change the billing address I gave as I shifted a couple of days before I left and completely forgot to do so! Is there a way I can change it online? Or even have it emailed to me and not worry about the paper statement at all? If you could let know that would be great!
Many Thanks
Jennifer

Hi Sean - you can check your Data Balance by sending a TXT message - Bal to 777 - this is a free service & you can also logon to MYA from the Vodafone Homepage & check your Data useage there too.
Let us know how you get on.

It's rather rude that it comes out of our data allowances or it's charging us DEATH ZONE ($512/GB) when we are trying to pay you money... costing us more money...

EDIT: Now that I think about it, the Vodafone website didn't tell me if the payment was processed, accepted or declined.

It can take a while for the payment to be allocated to your invoice this could be why it shows up like that
If the payment was successful you would have received an SMS to the Mobile you were paying
Thanks
